Letting of holiday homes and villas with pool, some of which are in our property.

Purchase and sale of property, including title deeds

You will find our office close to Jávea (Costa Blanca – Spain) in the Urbanization ‘Balcón al Mar’, approx. 100 m above sea level. We are on a cape, which is surrounded by the sea on three sides. Our brand mark is the lighthouse of Cabo la Nao. This is the point of the mainland which is closest to Ibiza. Cabo de la Nao/’Balcón al Mar’ with its bizarre cliffs is surely one of the most beautiful spots of the Spanish Mediterranean coast. This area is very popular for sailing, diving and, of course, bathing. In the close neighbor hood you can hire boats, jet-skis and surf boards. It is also possible to go horse-riding or to play golf. If you like to go out at night, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs and discos.
All our holiday homes have their own private swimming-pool. As a rule, we only rent them to a single party at the time. Consequently, the holiday home you rent will be exclusively occupied by you during your vacation.

 Do you need a property administration?

In case you own a villa in ‘Balcón al Mar’ or surroundings, we would be interested to take over the administration. We are only too pleased to put the infrastructure of our office (tel., fax, dealing with authorities, re-construction, consulting etc.) at the disposal of our customers.

In case you own a villa in ‘Balcón al Mar’ or surroundings, we should be glad to take care of the lettings. Our tenants are mostly steady clients. We would particularly like to stress that our working scheme is different to the anonymous practice of the big travel agencies. For this reason, we can count on numerous steady customers of high standard.
